This form will serve as an application to attend the DAISMUN Fall conference as a NON-MUN student. Please note that we have limited spots and will not accept everyone who fills in the form. A conference fee may also incur for those who decide to attend the conference.

Do not worry if you have never attended a MUN conference before. We will provide mentorship in the months leading up to the conference.
